Marcellino & Tyson would like to congratulate two of our attorneys, Bryan L. Tyson and Rachel C. Matesic, for their recent award-winning verdict on behalf of an ERISA client and being recognized for inclusion by one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States.
The Million Dollar Advocates Forum grants membership to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts, awards, and settlements. The organization was founded in 1993 and there are approximately 5000 members throughout the country. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members. Forum membership acknowledges excellence in advocacy and provides members with a national network of experienced colleagues for professional referral and information exchange in major cases. Members must have acted as principal counsel in at least one case in which their client has received a verdict, award, or settlement. You can visit their website for further information.
Bryan L. Tyson is a graduate of University of North Carolina Chapel Hill (JD) and Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M. in Taxation with Concentration in Employee Benefits).
Rachel C. Matesic is a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law.
