Daniel Van Woude
About
Daniel focuses his practice on business and construction law and civil litigation. He prides himself on his loyalty and commitment to clients while harnessing his natural competitive nature to pursue the best possible outcome for those he represents. He brings a strategic approach to every case, ensuring thorough representation and effective advocacy.
Prior to joining Marcellino Moore, Daniel served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Sarah Beth Johnson in the Law Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County. Originally from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Daniel earned his Juris Doctor degree from Delaware Law School. During school, he also participated in its Judicial Externship Program and had internships with the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office (NJ) and a private asset management firm.
Daniel has called North Carolina home since 2023, and when he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family and DIY home projects.
