Brian focuses his practice on family law, representing individuals facing complicated and often emotionally charged legal matters. His extensive litigation experience allows him to approach challenging cases with confidence while remaining focused on practical solutions.

Before transitioning to family law, Brian served as a Juvenile Defense Attorney, gaining valuable courtroom experience advocating for young people navigating the legal system. This experience gave him a unique perspective on the challenges facing children and families and strengthened his commitment to protecting their interests. His background continues to shape his approach to family law, particularly when children's well-being is involved.

Known for his straightforward communication and compassionate approach, Brian believes clients deserve honest advice, realistic expectations, and an attorney who is prepared to advocate for them when necessary. While he recognizes the benefits of resolving disputes outside the courtroom, he is equally comfortable litigating when necessary.

Brian earned his undergraduate degree from UNC Charlotte and his J.D. from the Charleston School of Law. He is a member of the Mecklenburg County Bar and the North Carolina Bar.
