Daniel Vander Woude
About
Daniel’s competitive nature drives him to work hard for the people and businesses he represents. He enjoys taking on challenges and believes clients deserve an attorney who is invested in their outcome, accessible when they need him and willing to put in the work to achieve the best possible result. At the same time, Daniel is mindful that legal disputes can be stressful and personal. He makes it a priority to understand his clients’ concerns and what matters most to them, and believes good representation starts with listening, building trust and keeping clients informed throughout the process.
Daniel focuses his practice on civil litigation, representing businesses and individuals in a variety of disputes. He works with clients throughout all stages of a dispute, from addressing issues before litigation begins to pursuing or defending claims in court. He also assists business clients with a range of legal matters, such as business formation, operating agreements, and employment contracts. He has also worked with businesses launching and operating mobile applications, drafting terms of service, privacy policies, and vendor subscription agreements.
Prior to joining Marcellino Moore, Daniel served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Sarah Beth Johnson in the Law Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County. Originally from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family.
