About

Matthew T. Marcellino is a founding member of Marcellino Moore, PLLC. Matt’s broad experience representing clients in both Family Law and Business Law matters.  His Family Law practice includes handling equitable distribution of marital assets and debts, spousal support claims, child custody and support, and general divorce matters.  Many of Matt’s Family Law clients are business owners and seek his guidance on protecting their business interests while navigating the Family Law arena.  His business practice includes the representation of various legal entities, such as LLCs, in matters of formation, corporate governance, buy-sell agreements, mergers, acquisitions, partnership and/or operating agreements, disputes between owners, third-party contracts, employment and labor concerns, as well as overall strategic planning.

Matt believes it’s important to instill trust, honesty and hard work into his representation. His goal as an attorney is to carefully guide his clients through the often-frustrating legal process.  He approaches his cases with a business mindset, knowing cost is a factor in nearly all decisions we make. At the outset of most matters, resolution should be explored, with the understanding that some cases, possibly yours, may need an aggressive approach.

In addition to his responsibilities as a managing partner with Marcellino Moore PLLC, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kiddos, all things outdoors, listening to music, college football, and playing golf when he can.
